1. EU Legal Right to Cancel (14 days)

Under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods – no reason needed.

➜ Simply e-mail us at komfortsocks@gmail.com. ➜ Return the item within 14 days of your cancellation notice. ➜ You pay return postage (unless the item is faulty or wrong – then we cover it).

2. Our Extra 30-Day Return Guarantee

We go further: return within 30 days if the socks are

  • unused,
  • in original packaging,
  • with size label & tag attached.

Otherwise, no return possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons:

  • opened or tried-on socks,
  • gift cards,
  • sale items marked “non-returnable”.

(Defective or wrong items are always accepted.)

4. Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery + attach a photo. We pay return shipping and either refund instantly or send a replacement.

5. How to Return – 3 Easy Steps

  1. E-mail komfortsocks@gmail.com with:
    • order number
    • reason (optional)
    • photo (if needed)
  2. We reply with return address & instructions.
  3. Pack securely and post it back. (Returns sent without our approval will not be processed.)

6. Your Money Back

Once we check the return:

  • you get an e-mail confirmation,
  • refund hits your card/bank in 2–5 business days (exact timing depends on your bank).
