GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is made immediately upon placing the order via the secure Shopify Payments system (credit/debit card, Stripe or PayPal). After successful payment, the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail.
Delivery is carried out throughout Slovenia. Shipping costs: €3.50. Free shipping on orders over €50 nationwide, and always free in Ljubljana for orders of three or more packs.
Orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same or next working day. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail after dispatch. The provider is not liable for delays caused by delivery services or force majeure.
- ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer may cancel the order as long as it has not yet been processed and dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal after receiving the goods (see point 3).
- WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer may withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send the withdrawal notice to komfortsocks@gmail.com.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping costs. The purchase price will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
- SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SOCKS
Socks are a hygiene product. Returns are accepted only if they are sealed and labels are intact. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.
- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SELLER’S LIABILITY
All product descriptions and labels, including composition (e.g. cotton/polyester percentages), are based on information provided by the manufacturer. KITEZH SI d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of material composition data, which are provided for information only, exactly as stated on the product packaging.
Colours in photographs may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting or screen settings.
- PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS
Subscribe to the KomfortSocks Instagram or Facebook profile and receive a 5 % discount. Giveaways run regularly – enter by liking and commenting on the post. One prize is awarded every week (product chosen by the company). Results are published publicly. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- MATERIAL DEFECT
The buyer must report a defect as soon as possible, no later than 2 months after discovery. The seller may replace, repair or refund the item. The warranty period for material defects is 2 years from receipt of the product.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and GDPR. Collected personal data are used solely for order processing and customer communication. Data are not disclosed to third parties except the delivery service for shipping purposes.

- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KomfortSocks is not liable for damage caused by improper use of products, incorrect manufacturer data, delivery delays or website malfunctions. The company’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We strive to resolve disputes between the provider and the buyer amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent court is the District Court in Ljubljana.
- APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of legislative or business changes, the updated version will be published on the website https://komfortsocks.myshopify.com/
- LEGAL NOTICE
KITEZH SI d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 78, 1000 Ljubljana, is responsible for the content, operation and technical maintenance of the website. All website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of the company and may not be used without permission.
